Nettle & Mace was born out of the burning desire to design amazing events, use beautiful produce and make amazing food. It was founded to fully immerse in all that nature provides. Food, flowers, herbs. Our passion for nature, foraged herbs, organic produce and the earth shines through.

Our food is inspired by our family, between us we have English, French, Caribbean, New Zealand and European roots. Our main ethos is sharing. We love to share, and part of our culture is sharing beautiful platters of food. We hope you love to share too!

We truly believe its what you put in your body that counts, so even our luxurious menu is packed full of wonderful organic produce, sourced from local farms and fisheries. We believe the earth gives us everything we need and we need to give back to the earth.

All our packaging is compostable or recycled, we use as little packaging as possible from our supplies to delivery and we have very little food waste. Our gorgeous giant salad bowls are full of earths produce and the perfect way to keep you in shape before indulging at your big event.

At Nettle & Mace, we want to create events that wow. We want you to remember that evening forever. Whether its turning your back yard into a Caribbean beach, or a venue into a forest. We want to take you on a journey you won’t forget. No matter the venue, we can turn it into a fairy tale.
